Welcome to Drip Bath House. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our facilities, services, website, mobile applications, memberships, and wellness experiences. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access our wellness facilities, memberships, and services. By making a booking or creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in activities including saunas, cold plunges, breathwork, meditation, yoga, recovery sessions, wellness classes, and related facilities involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that you voluntarily accept these risks, including the possibility of injury, illness, property damage, or, in rare cases, serious medical complications.
You agree to participate at your own risk and understand that these risks cannot be completely eliminated.
4. Medical Responsibility
Before participating in any activity, you should consult your doctor if you have any concerns regarding your health or physical condition.
You should not participate if you have any medical condition that may increase your risk, including but not limited to:
- High blood pressure
- Heart or cardiovascular conditions
- Pregnancy
- Multiple sclerosis
- Epilepsy
- Severe respiratory conditions
- Serious cognitive impairments
- Any other condition advised against by your healthcare provider
Drip Bath House cannot assess whether you are medically fit to participate.
5. Alcohol & Drug Policy
You must not use any of our facilities while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or substances that may impair your judgement or physical ability.
6. Pregnancy
For health and safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not permitted to use our sauna, cold plunge, or contrast therapy facilities due to extreme temperatures and rapid temperature changes.
7. Health & Safety
All guests are expected to follow instructions provided by our staff and observe all posted safety guidelines. If you feel unwell during any session, you should stop immediately and notify a member of staff.
8. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Drip Bath House accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while using our facilities.
9. Code of Conduct
We strive to maintain a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
- Harassment or abusive language
- Discrimination of any kind
- Violence or threatening behaviour
- Bullying or intimidation
- Inappropriate clothing or nudity
- Disrupting classes or other guests
- Misuse of equipment
- Any behaviour that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates these standards.
10. Memberships
Memberships are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually) and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Membership benefits are personal and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or assigned to another individual.
11. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations prevent future renewals but do not generate refunds for the current billing period.
12. Membership Freeze
Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons upon providing appropriate supporting documentation. Pregnancy-related freezes may also be approved for the duration of the pregnancy.
13. Payments
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider’s applicable terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update membership pricing. Where applicable, members will receive advance notice before any pricing changes take effect.
14. Refund Policy
Membership fees, session bookings, and unused services are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
15. Account Security
If you create an online account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
16. Photosensitive Warning
Some guided wellness sessions may include lighting effects or visual projections. Individuals with epilepsy or photosensitive conditions should consult their doctor before participating.
17. Wellness Disclaimer
Our wellness services, educational materials, breathing exercises, mindfulness sessions, and recovery guidance are provided for general wellbeing purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip Bath House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
Our liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our negligence or failure to exercise reasonable care.
19. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, equipment failures, utility outages, government restrictions, illness, or other unforeseen events.
20. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, reschedule, or discontinue classes, facilities, memberships, or services at any time where reasonably necessary.
21. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
22. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable within Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be handled by the appropriate courts having jurisdiction.
